Refund policy

Warranty and Replacements:

  1. 1. For support for Waggle, please email us at support@mywaggle.com or call 855-983-5566 and get an RMA (Return Material Authorization) before shipping the unit back.
  2. 2. All Waggle products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of shipment.
  3. 3. Warranty does not cover any physical damages or damages resulting from the abuse of the product.
  4. 4. Batteries are not covered under Warranty.
  5. 5. The customer is responsible for the replacement shipping charges for orders.
  6. 6. Warranty Replacement products can be new or factory refurbished depending on availability.
  7. 7. Replacement product shipping is free of cost to the customer.
  8. 8. Once we get the customer's tracking details, the replacement will be initiated.
  9. 9. Replacement will be processed only in case of any damage and should be authorized by the Waggle Customer Delight team.


21-Days Return Policy:(Waggle Pet Monitor & WaggleCam)

  • 1. For support for Waggle, please email us at support@mywaggle.com or call 855-983-5566 and get an RMA (Return Material Authorization) before shipping the unit back.
  • 2. Waggle products can be sent back for a full refund (minus the shipping and re-stocking fees) within 21 days from the date of shipment received.
  • 3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • 4. Refunds have to be authorized by the Waggle Customer Delight team.
  • 5. To get the refund, customers should send the device and the accessory (Charger) back to us within the return period of 21 days.
  • 6. The refund will be processed after the device and the accessories are found to be free of damage.
  • 7. Any shipping charges paid by the customer will not be refunded.
  • 8. Customers who purchased the plan can cancel it within 7 days. A full refund (minus the $10 administrative fee) will be processed. If the customer returns the product and cancels the plan within 21 days, a full refund for the product (minus the $10 restocking fee) and the plan (pro-rata basis) will be processed.
  • 9. Products returned with physical or cosmetic damages are not eligible for a refund.
  • 10. Accessories are not eligible for Refund.
  • 11. A full refund will be processed within 2 days if the order is canceled within 1 hour from the purchase.
  • 12. The subscription gets activated immediately once you purchase Waggle Pet Monitor + Plan. If you change your mind, you can cancel the subscription within 7 days from the delivery date. This policy is applicable only for customers who purchase Waggle Pet Monitor + Plan Combo.


 Refund Policy for Waggle Pet Accessories

  • 1. Customers who have purchased products above $50 can claim refunds and returns within 3 days from the delivery date. 
  • 2. In case of any damaged products, customers should claim a return within 3 days from delivery date to support@mywaggle.com by submitting proof of damage(Photos or Videos). 
  • 3. Customers who wish to return any products because of any variant difference (size and color) should send an email to support for return authorization and replacement within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • 4. Customers who are not satisfied with a product should send an email to support within 3 days of delivery to return authorization.
  • 5. Refunds will be authorized by the Customer Delight Team.
  • 6. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • 7. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse.
